Manager of Business Development

The Manager of Business Development will drive our company's products/services in a specific region, including developing our business Partners in that region. This talented individual will assist clients in defining their business objectives, requirements, goals, and budgets from a strategic, creative, and technical perspective. The position requires establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with the client base. There is growth potential once a significant client base has been established. The successful candidate for this sales position must possess a LIKEABLE PERSONALITY, solid intellect and a PASSION FOR SELLING.

 

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding selling skills with a demonstrable track record in closing new business
  • Years of experience in sales and business development
  • Ability to generate new leads through cold calling and prospecting
  • Ability to apply a consultative approach to client issues
  • Ability to execute comprehensive proposals
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Team orientation, creative thinking, problem solving skills

Compensation:

Profit sharing, stock option and ability to grow the earnings quickly constitute the major part of the compensation. We provide flexible compensation models to accommodate each individual needs. These can be discussed on individual bases.
